They talk about how professors in an upper-level technology management class revised their online introductory course to incorporate cafeteria-style grading and many assignments.

For anyone who needs a refresher, CRUST is a community for STEM TAs here at Ohio State with three major focuses: 1) Professional development 2) Community building 3) Exploration of research-based teaching practices. CRUST will be great for people who are interested in pursuing a teaching position in the future or have a passion for education. To our knowledge, CRUST is the first and only student org at OSU that focuses on professional development for STEM educators. CRUST also provides a space for TAs to connect with each other.
