Description
Do you have a research or inquiry-based assignment in your course that students find challenging? Maybe they are not including the “right” kind of sources? Maybe they aren’t analyzing and synthesizing their sources effectively? What are the reasons for these kinds of research challenges? In this workshop, participants will learn more about the reasons that students may find research assignments difficult. Participants will also learn about strategies and resources for supporting students’ ability to develop the skills, knowledge, and dispositions needed to become stronger researchers.
