Description
Do you want to highlight counter-stereotypical scientists in your classes? And do you want your students to improve their graph interpretation skills? Join us to learn more about ways to value diverse identities and foster data literacy in biology curricula with the Biologists and Graph Interpretation (BioGraphI) Network. In this session, attendees will learn about the BioGraphI Project, how to become a lesson coauthor by contributing your research and personal story, and how to join a mentoring network to learn how to make a BioGraphI lesson. The session will be a combination of a presentation and open discussion with the presenters and other attendees.
