Are you a veteran TA who would like to share your wisdom with (and gain some new ideas from) a novice TA? This workshop is designed for experienced CLSE TAs who are interested in mentoring a novice CLSE TA. Participants will consider the phases of the mentoring relationship, discuss how to communicate effectively through constructive feedback, and plan specific mentoring activities. Upon completing this workshop, participants will earn 2 points toward completion of BIO 5001.
