Research demonstrates that a feeling of belonging is a major contributing factor to learning and development in university settings. This interactive performance and workshop utilizes forum theatre techniques to address the challenges faced by instructors and students in creating a healthy classroom culture. The InterACT Theatre Project operates as a theatre-based instructional laboratory, allowing faculty and TAs to engage complex, real-world classroom scenarios and develop teaching strategies for difficult situations.
