Description
In this workshop, we will explore the third principle of Universal Design for Learning: Action and Expression. Participants will be introduced to strategies for assignment design and assessment techniques to help students practice self-regulated learning and goal setting.
After this workshop participants will be able to:
- understand the third principle of the Universal Design for Learning framework: Action and Expression
- articulate best practices for assignment design and assessment
- identify techniques for encouraging self-regulated learning
