Description
In this talk, we will present an overview of the different models of faculty development programming we are designing at the Allen Institute to support faculty in integrating open science into their courses. We'll discuss the benefits and challenges of open science integration as an example of high-impact educational practice integration. Participants will reflect on and discuss their biggest challenges to integrate high-impact educational practices, how faculty development could be more helpful in addressing those challenges, and what their ideal faculty development programming would look like.
