ASC Teaching Forum - Asynchronous versus Synchronous Courses 
Description
 The College of Arts and Sciences Office of Distance Education will host a teaching forum to discuss asynchronous and synchronous delivery of courses. Faculty panelists will share their experiences teaching in both synchronous and asynchronous formats, addressing challenges and advantages of each. An expert from the Michael V. Drake Institute for Teaching and Learning will discuss the tools available to accomplish instructional goals in each format as well as answer questions and contribute to discussion.
