Description
Space is still available for the final workshop in the Arabidopsis Biological Resource Center science communication workshop series, Developing Hands-On Activities. Registration is free and open to researchers and scholars (faculty, postdocs, graduate students, research staff and broader impacts professionals) from all STEM disciplines at Ohio State.
Visual demonstrations and hands-on activities make learning more interesting and memorable. This workshop will explore effective interactive activities that demonstrate science concepts for a general audience. Researchers will brainstorm and prototype ideas for their own simple demonstrations or activities for use in future outreach activities.
