Kay Halasek, Director of the Drake Institute for Teaching and Learning, will present this workshop, which is intended for early career and pre-tenure faculty. During this session, she will lead an extended workshop on best practices in documenting teaching, writing teaching statements, and early considerations for reappointment, promotion and tenure. Participants are encouraged to have evaluative data (SEIs or other student evaluations, peer review reports, research on teaching) accessible during the session.
