Description
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Education Program supports the area of Inclusive Excellence within The Office of Academic Affairs. Our goal is to support campus-wide efforts in creating an equitable, socially just institution where all of our students, faculty and staff feel they are valued and belong.

“I just don’t know how to have this conversation.” If you’ve ever had this thought, this workshop is for you. Difficult conversations about diversity, equity and inclusion range from conceptual to conflict resolution. This 90-minute workshop offers participants the opportunity to learn what’s important to consider when having difficult DEI conversations and offers concrete tools to build dialogue and disarm harmful conversations in favor of healing ones.
