Description
For anyone who needs a refresher, CRUST is a community for STEM TAs here at Ohio State with three major focuses: 1) Professional development 2) Community building 3) Exploration of research-based teaching practices. CRUST will be great for people who are interested in pursuing a teaching position in the future or have a passion for education. To our knowledge, CRUST is the first and only student org at OSU that focuses on professional development for STEM educators. CRUST also provides a space for TAs to connect with each other.

The next CRUST meeting will be after Spring Break on Wednesday, March 22nd at 5 pm via Zoom (information below) and we will be talking about how the Big Five Personality Factors can be used to predict conflict management styles of individuals at work (students or peers).
