Description
Studies indicate that students use a limited number of search tools and search strategies, even if they may not be the most appropriate ones for their specific information need. In this workshop, part of University Libraries’ Information Literacy Virtual Workshop Series, we will explore some of the challenges that students may encounter when searching for information, ranging from knowing where to start their search to identifying the types of information sources they find. We will provide examples of strategies and activities that instructors can use to support students’ ability to find and select information sources.

RSVP for the workshop with the CLSE here as well as at the event webpage linked above.
