Whether you are teaching in-person or online, using Carmen to grade and give feedback helps you be more efficient, organized and transparent, while allowing students to easily find and interpret their grades on assignments and exams. In this session, we will provide tips on how to use the grading functions in CARMEN such as creating a rubric, using the Speedgrader, setting up Quiz questions to provide efficient feedback, and highlighting the functions in Gradebook. We will also explain the pedagogy behind these grading strategies.  Be ready to share any other general questions you may have about grading in Carmen.

If you have never used CarmenZoom, you will need to activate your account before you can access the session. Please download the desktop client, or the app if using a mobile device, and log into go.osu.edu/carmenzoom to activate your account. For help, visit Getting Started in CarmenZoom in the Teaching and Learning Resource Center.
