In this session, we’ll cover some of the common misconceptions associated with online tutoring, struggles that have surfaced as a result of the pandemic, and new hybrid learning environments. We’ll walk-through key features that are critical to the success of an online tutoring environment and how they help increase student engagement, motivation, and confidence. We’ll also cover the following practices: thorough vetting of tutors; properly leveraging predictive data, analytics, and alerts to improve outcomes; and consultative relationships for customization.
