Description
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming increasingly prevalent in higher education. During this interactive session, participants will discuss strategies for leveraging AI to support student learning such as developing a study schedule and drafting practice questions. The most current generative AI technologies will be briefly outlined, followed by specific, participant-driven examples for using AI intentionally, ethically, and creatively to support student learning. This session will be hands-on and offer specific, practical guidance.

After this workshop participants will be able to:

  • understand the basic principles of recent generative AI technologies
  • explore ways in which to support students using AI
  • explore ways to use AI in their everyday work
