Description
Are you feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by your never-ending to-do list? Struggling to stay motivated with your work or studies? Burnout is a growing concern in academia, impacting well-being, productivity, and career satisfaction among faculty, students, and staff. The College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences’ Faculty Mentoring Program and the OSU FREE Center are partnering with Dragonfly Mental Health – a non-profit created by academics for academics to support a culture that prioritizes mental health – to offer the webinar Understanding and Addressing Burnout in Academia. Faculty, staff, and students are invited to unpack the symptoms and causes of burnout and learn evidence-based strategies for prevention and recovery. Led by experts in academic mental health, this session will provide practical tools to help you recognize burnout, develop resilience, and create a healthier work-life balance.
