This event is for Graduate Students only.

We will also practice "Open the Front Door,” a conflict-resolution approach to managing classroom discussion.

After this workshop participants will be able to:

  • Define stereotype threat and microaggressions.
  • Strategize about ways to prevent stereotype threat and microaggressions in our classes.
  • Practice “Open the Front Door,” a conflict-resolution approach to managing classroom discussion.
