With the continued spotlight on allyship and anti-racism, and in the context of anti-Black racism, in particular, you may be increasingly hearing about the concept of white fragility. For many, it’s both an unfamiliar and uncomfortable term and it gives rise to questions like: what is white fragility, how does it connect to white supremacy and how can anti-racism work help to disrupt it?
