Description
Written by Dannelle Stevens and Joanne Cooper, Journal Keeping: How to Use Reflective Writing for Learning, Teaching, Professional Insight and Positive Change explores journaling as a practice that can develop reflective processing and critical thinking skills. Blending theory and practical advice and presented with concrete and illustrative examples, Journal Keeping encourages reflection on experience as a way to promote greater learning. If you’re interested in exploring the multiple benefits of journals as tools to enhance student learning in the classroom and to prompt greater self-reflection about your own professional development, then join us for a month-long conversation!
This book group meets weekly from February 2–February 23 (Tuesdays from 9:30–11 a.m.). Free book with registration for all four weeks. Limited to 12 participants.
** You must attend all four sessions to receive the 8 points.
