Description
Team-Based Learning (TBL) is an evidence-based teaching strategy designed to provide students the opportunity to practice applying course concepts to solve problems. During this interactive session, participants will learn how design a TBL activity so students practice solving problems they will likely face in the future.

Following this session, participants will be able to:

   • Describe the elements and process of TBL
   • Develop a TBL activity
   • Recognize common obstacles to facilitating effective TBL and identify strategies for overcoming them
