Description
Do you use materials from third party sources in your teaching or research publications? Have you heard that all educational use is fair use but have some concerns about whether this is accurate? How can you evaluate whether something may qualify as fair use or determine if you need to seek permission? Join Copyright Services for an overview of fair use, case examples, and tips for working through a fair use analysis. Come with all your fair use questions!

Who: Ohio State graduate students, faculty members and postdocs   
When: Tuesday, February 22, 2022, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Where: Virtual (a Zoom link will be included in the registration confirmation email)
