This workshop is designed for experienced CLSE TAs who are interested in mentoring a novice CLSE TA. Participants will consider the phases of the mentoring relationship, discuss how to communicate effectively through constructive feedback, and plan specific mentoring activities. Following the workshop, participants will also have an opportunity to meet with potential mentees at the CLSE orientation. Upon completing this workshop, participants will earn 2 points toward completion of BIO 5001.
